The structure is Steampunk Lost House by Cornucopia3D (C3D) www.daz3d.com/steampunk-lost-h… ...I must confess it's my first C3D purchase because of the sale price, such an awesome design I just couldn't resist. Generally speaking, this is an empty shell with no moving parts e.g. doors cannot open - also, mat zones are not great for customising (this seems to be the case for all C3D products [Elven Temple doesn't even have a proper front door], so it's fine if you like what you see, but if no extra features detailed in the product description, they won't have any). So if this was a review, I'd be saying it's acceptable but could have been great with a bit more effort.  It's fine with Black November deal, but think twice at full retail.  That said, plenty of scope to maybe kitbash some interior sets if you fancy a challenge.
