Here's a look at my full-size WIP of Sunny Sienna fav.me/d6os4hn (cropped to head & shoulders)

For anybody interested, this gives you an idea the sort of size at which I postwork renders - this way, alterations and painted additions can blend together much easier when reduced back to intended size. Naturally, I did some more work when I reduced it (a bit more smudge & blur to minimise brush strokes)
