DAZ Studio render using the Subsurface Gummy shader on the Infernal Behemoth. Postwork included selective sharpening & glow, contrast/colour adjustment, added fogging to the edges, and selective blurring to background for depth of field.

***edit*** Just a wee update after reading a couple of the comments... As much as I'd love to take full credit, the pose isn't actually my own, it's from Muscleman's 'Hellfire Poses' pack specifically designed for the Infernal Behemoth.
